Fascia 101

This on demand course is for anyone interested in understanding and experiencing the fascia within their bodies. We will spend about 3 hours of lectures together understanding fascia, then you will have 7 yin practices following the Anatomy Train lines to experience the fascia within.

This program is open to all. If you are enrolled in Steph’s 300hr YTT program, this program is worth 10 hours. It is highly recommended that you attend the Myofascial Release Experience day course to fully integrate the teachings.
